Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after consultation with the reception to 48 hours before arrival. After that, we do not grant free cancellation.

Cancellations of bookings during trade fairs are NOT possible!

Cancellations of room reservations can by the customer or guest after the cancellation deadline will be processed free of charge. Non-utilization of the room and confirmed for late arrival or early departure, cancellation fees in the amount of room price will be charged a single night.
